garage floor treatment, garage floor mat

My new neighbor is a single man, and he drives a little red sports car.  I haven't met him; but, I was driving by his home, and the garage door was open.  He had a diamond shaped garage floor treatment covering the garage floor.  It looked so neat, and it certainly went with his little red sports car!  Another neighbor told me he had installed the garage floor mat himself, and one of the reasons was to definitely stop water collecting on garage floor.

Apparently, he won the little car playing golf.  I still haven't met him; but, I must say I love the car, and the garage floor mat is absolutely adorable...although I doubt he would agree with my wording.  I think I would like to have some sort of garage floor protection on my own garage floor; but, I think I'll wait until my son-in-law agrees to help install it.  In fact, I think I need some guidance to select what will work for me as well.  I found an internet store that offers the garage floor treatment I want at a great discount price.  That is where I plan on doing my shopping!
